Return Window
You can return any item within 15 days from the date of delivery. For festive or sale collections, the return window may be extended – check your order confirmation email for details.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- ✅ All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- ✅ Items must be returned in original condition – no stains, tears, or odours.
- ✅ Innerwear, lingerie, and earrings are non‑returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- ✅ Custom‑made or personalised items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning your item is easy. Follow these simple steps:

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items.
- Size Exchange: We’ll send you the new size as soon as we receive the original item back.
- Colour Exchange: If you prefer a different colour, we’ll swap it for the same item (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange Process: Same as returns – just select “Exchange” when initiating the request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 business days. Here’s how you’ll get your money back:

Return Shipping Charges
- For defective/wrong items: Free return pickup – we cover the cost.
- For change of mind: ₹49 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
- For exchanges: Free – we’ll send the replacement item without any extra shipping charges.
Packaging Your Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- 📦 Pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) or a secure box/bag.
- 📄 Include the return slip you receive via email – or write your order number clearly on a paper.
- 📬 Seal the package securely and stick the return label provided by our courier.
