If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or any online payment method we support. For online payments, we use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on location and are typically 3–7 business days within India.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control including courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review the delivery address carefully before confirming your order — we cannot reroute shipments once dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs and code — is the property of Kapra House or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
